Effective Contamination Control
hosted by pier de jong & dave nobile
The first in a series of four webinars on disinfectants and effective contamination control for life science industries.
This webinar will examine the sources of contamination and the mechanisms that often make removal of such contaminants difficult. Relative effectiveness of various approaches to contamination removal will be investigated, and critical characteristics of wiping and other surface cleaning methods will be explored.

The use of re-laundered mops may seem like a cost-effective approach to contamination control, but careful consideration must be given to the real risks that reuse of mops presents to consumable quality and potential contamination of final product. Contec's Senior Technical Service Specialist Dave P. Nobile will explore those risks and provide real-world examples.
